There is an option given to both Host and Guest to validate their ID under their profile. Once they submit the ID, it comes to us for validation. Once validated, we tag the Host or Guest as “Verified” and you can see that in the profile.
Go to “My Bookings” and you can cancel the bookings.
If the Host has issued invoice, then you can contact the host to cancel the booking.
